This position requires strict trilingual proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with overseas clients and regional customer support teams via WeChat and DingTalk, as well as English for North American carrier partners. You will operate during shift hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST to facilitate daily morning alignment with international teams.

Responsibilities
• Monitor international parcel tracking, customs clearance status, and final-mile carrier performance across North American e-commerce lanes.
• Investigate and resolve shipment exceptions, customs delays, missing scans, and delivery issues in coordination with logistics partners.
• Communicate professionally with overseas e-commerce clients and internal Asia-Pacific teams using digital channels including WeChat, DingTalk, and email.
• Perform intermediate-to-advanced data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel (XLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts) to track KPIs and shipment metrics.
• Maintain clear documentation of inquiries, escalations, and resolution procedures in ticketing or CRM systems.
• Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance continuous service quality and operational workflow.
Qualifications
• 2–3 years of experience in customer service, customer success, logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce operations.
• Native or fluent verbal and written proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (mandatory).
• Familiarity with parcel tracking platforms, carrier portals, and customs clearance procedures.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data visualization, and reporting).
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and exception-handling capabilities in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to work on-site in Mississauga, ON, with set hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
