We’re currently hiring a Customer Service Representative to join a friendly, high-performing team in Ancaster during peak season. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries—primarily via email (90%)
- Process orders and perform accurate data entry using Excel, Teams, and Outlook
- Collaborate with the internal team on customer projects and order coordination
- Participate in project-based administrative tasks and team initiatives
- Learn internal systems (Oasis) through a supportive 2-week onboarding and training process
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, adaptable, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, proactive, and a quick learner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Experience in customer service, administration, or order processing is an asset
- Must be able to work on-site in Ancaster
