In this role, you will be responsible for receiving orders, sending confirmation to clients and communicating with customers in order to ensure that the products are available. This role will require someone who can provide excellent follow-up and customer service to clients.

Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle order entry tasks, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all customer orders.
- Communicate with customers fluently in English and French via email, acknowledging and confirming their orders.
- Utilize Chempax software (mini SAP system) to enter Bills of Lading and maintain accurate records.
- Facilitate the processing of customs documents for export shipments.
- Coordinate with the Logistics Department to book carriers for pickups, ensuring smooth logistics operations.
- Verify inventory control and monitor stock status to meet customer demands.
- Assist in purchasing products as needed, and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
- Collaborate with various teams including Warehousing, Purchasing, Logistics, Account Managers, Sales, and Accounting to ensure seamless operations.
- Additional administrative duties as required
Qualifications
- 2-5 year of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Ability to work well in a team Environment
- This role will require a high level of problem solving
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- A high attention to detail and the ability to follow SOP’s with little direction other account notes
