• Receive and sign in incoming repairs and equipment, ensuring all items are correctly tagged, logged into the system, and routed to the appropriate technicians.
• Assist with inventory management tasks, specifically the requirement to pick parts for service orders to ensure technicians have the necessary materials for repairs.
• Maintain an organized and efficient filing system for service records, ensuring that historical data and warranty information are easily accessible for the Business Administration team.
• Collaborate with the service manager and technical staff to prioritize urgent repairs and ensure smooth workflow within the department.
• Perform data entry tasks to update client files, service tickets, and inventory logs with high attention to detail.
