Responsibilities
Order Management: Accurately enter orders from various platforms (NAV, SPS, Retail Link, and email) in a timely manner.
Customer Support: Handle incoming and outgoing calls, providing updates on order status and tracking shipments via carriers.
Data Maintenance: Keep customer profiles, "nuance" documents, and 3rd party portals updated with holiday schedules and rate cards.
Problem Solving: Process consumer complaints through the QSM portal and follow up on credits or comments.
Logistics Coordination: Work closely with the logistics team on new orders, delivery changes, and ensuring samples are delivered on time.
Sales Support: Assist the outside sales team with questions, sample requests, and follow-ups.
Reporting: Print and verify daily performance reports to ensure all data is 100% accurate before the day ends.
Qualifications
Industry Experience: Previous experience working within the Food/CPG industry is required.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using ERP systems (like NAV) and retail portals; manual dexterity for consistent computer use is essential.
Organized: Ability to maintain detailed checklists and backup information for various accounts.
Team Player: Ready to be fully cross-trained to support colleagues and onboard new team members.
Communicator: Excellent email etiquette for coordinating with Purchasing, Logistics, and CSMs.
