We are currently looking for someone to join a great company in Etobicoke to support their client base and sales team! As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be working out of this Etobicoke branch near the airport. You must be highly motivated, organized and have great time management skills. You don't need industry experience, but if you're comfortable working in a more blue-collared environment, that would certainly be an asset!

Type: Ongoing Contract
Start Date: November 24th or earlier
Role: Customer Service Representative
Pay: $23/hr
Location: Fully Onsite in Etobicoke M9W
Advantages
-$23/hr
-No evenings or weekends
-Hours of work between 7:30am-430pm for training period
-830 - 5pm shift after training
-Fully Onsite
-Accessible to public transit or parking available
-Great work environment, Casual dress code
Responsibilities
-Responsible for servicing clients by phone and email in a fast-paced environment
-Enter new orders into the system
-Follow up on open orders with clients and the internal sales team
-Communicating with clients as needed, and with empathy
-Escalate any issues to the relevant team
Qualifications
-3+ years of Customer service experience in an office or industrial environment
-Able to handle high volumes of calls and emails
-Strong customer service and relationship building skills
-Takes initiative and is adaptable
-Good organizational, time management and prioritization skills
-Computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel
-Knowledge of ERP systems would be an asset
