In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that every interaction reflects the high standards of the brand. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity located fully on-site in Markham, ON, operating Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. As a specialist in customer care, you will manage order entries, resolve complex inquiries, and maintain precise records to support the supply chain process.

Responsibilities
• Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound communications as a Customer Service Representative.
• Process client orders accurately within the manufacturing ERP system, specifically utilizing Sage 300.
• Provide comprehensive support in customer care by addressing inquiries regarding product availability and shipping status.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction in customer care.
• Collaborate with the manufacturing production team to provide clients with accurate lead times.
• Maintain detailed and organized client files and transaction logs.
• Support the sales team by identifying opportunities for upselling or service improvements.
• Execute administrative tasks related to customer care and order management with high attention to detail.
Qualifications
• Completion of post-secondary education (College Diploma or University Degree) is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Customer Service Representative role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Previous experience or familiarity with Sage 300 or similar ERP systems.
• Ability to work 100% on-site at the Markham, ON facility.
• Proven track record of reliability and professional conduct in customer care.
• Strong commitment to providing high-quality service to a diverse client base.
