Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Track and manage orders from placement to delivery, providing clients with timely updates on shipping logistics and status.
- Utilize CRM software to log all customer interactions, record details of inquiries, and maintain an organized database of client information.
- Proactively resolve customer complaints and issues related to orders, shipping, billing, and product availability.
- Collaborate with internal departments as needed
- Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business in the e-commerce and logistics sector.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, client relations, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is an asset.
- A preference for bilingualism in French or Cantonese both written and speaking, as well as in English.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college diploma or university degree is an asset.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
