-Manage High Volume: Successfully handle a large amount of incoming phone calls and emails in a busy office environment.

Qualifications
-Experience: Previous, proven Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience in a busy, fast-paced office atmosphere is essential.

-Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deal directly with customers/suppliers via telephone and electronically.
-Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to process orders and manage a large workload efficiently.
-Technical Savvy: Comfort with using office software and the ability to learn and manage database records (CRM) quickly.
