Responsibilities
-Provide high-quality customer care and troubleshooting assistance on behalf of the sales team to ensure client satisfaction.
-Manage the onboarding process for new customers, liaising with all internal departments to ensure a smooth transition.
-Maintain and organize customer accounts within the CRM system using HubSpot, ensuring all information is accurate.
-Support the sales team by preparing precise quotations, estimates, and sales contracts for contract negotiations.
-Actively engage with the operations department to monitor transit and delivery status for key accounts.
-Troubleshoot and provide dedicated support to "At-Risk" accounts to ensure retention and service recovery.
Qualifications
-Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a focus on building professional relationships.
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics sales, operations, or a dedicated customer care role.
-Post secondary degree is highly preferred.
-Strong technological mindset, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (HubSpot experience is a significant asset).
-High level of attention to detail and accuracy when managing complex data and contracts.
-Ability to commute to Mississauga 5 days a week (8:00AM-5:00PM)
