Role Overview
The Work Management Administrator is dedicated to delivering exceptional service through accurate data entry, correspondence management, and database record maintenance. This role involves communicating with customers and utility partners while upholding data accuracy and operational integrity.

Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to reliable independent transportation (location in Mississauga L5T 2H7 is inaccessible via public transit).
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Service Scheduling: Receive, process, and schedule requests for residential and commercial services; issue correspondence per predetermined schedules.
Communication & Coordination: Maintain regular and consistent communication with field Technicians, customers, and utility partners to investigate and resolve documentation or scheduling errors.
Work Order Review: Review work orders for accuracy, completeness, proper coding, and seamless information transfer across systems.
Tracking & Reporting: Track work assignment statuses and provide routine progress reports to leadership.
Records Integrity: Maintain precise, updated filing and correspondence systems to preserve record accuracy.
Multitasking & Problem Solving: Utilize multiple Windows applications simultaneously to verify customer details, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver timely resolutions.
Quality & Compliance: Conduct standard quality reviews and adhere strictly to established Quality Management System (QMS) processes.
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for operational optimization aligned with strategic organizational goals.
Special Projects: Assist with department initiatives and other duties as assigned by leadership.

Education & Experience
Education: Post-secondary diploma in Business Administration, DCS / DEC, or equivalent education required.
Experience: 1–2 years of administrative, customer service, or call center experience (office environment preferred).
Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
