Position: Customer Service Representative
Duration: 6 month contract with the possibility of extension or permanency
Availability: 7am - 5pm and Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
- Comfortable with handling phone calls in a professional, courteous manner
- Manage emails efficiently
- Following up on requested information
- Completing administrative duties following customer interactions
- Scanning and uploading documents into the system
- Working with the team to better understand relevant information for customers
- Coordinating information between different departments
- Creating efficiencies in the role where possible
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 years in a Customer Service role (preferably in a call center environment)
- Able to work in an office environment 5 days per week
- Flexible to cover shifts between the hours of 6am - 5pm, howver main shift will be 8-430
- Flexible to work stat holidays when required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail oriented and articulate
- Good overall communication skills through email and over the phone
- Ability to learn new processes quickly
- Upbeat and positive attitude
- Comfortable with warehouse environment
