The Customer Service Representative is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support. This role involves handling customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and fax, including order placement, changes, cancellations, and general product or delivery information. The representative will accurately input and manage orders using the in house tools and ensuring that all data is correctly coded and processed.

Hourly wage: $18-22
Responsibilities
• Responsible for assisting customers by phone, fax, email.
• Receive telephone requests for price quotations, purchase orders, order changes, adjustments,
and cancellations directly from customers, manufacturers, and distributors.
• Responsible for accurately entering orders, received from customers or clients into the internal system.
• Use the internal system to retrieve customer information, stock status information, status of purchase orders, and to make changes on customer purchase orders.
• Follow up on inquiries by checking inhouse system for delivery information.
• Work closely with warehouse team to ensure delivery of scheduled shipments.
• Work closely with the Sales Department and credit department
• Contact distributors or check incoming receipts to locate requested items in order to meet customer's delivery requirements.
• Assist with Recall activity as needed.
• Assist with Service Complaints.
Qualifications
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry or willingness to learn.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and planning skills.
Self-starting and independent.
English proficiency is required; bilingualism (French and English) is considered an asset
