Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Support Customers: Answer inbound calls, emails, or live chats with clarity, empathy, and speed.
Solve Problems: Troubleshoot product/service issues, process orders, and manage account updates or returns.
Build Relationships: De-escalate tricky situations and turn frustrated customers into brand advocates.
Track & Log: Accurately record customer interactions and account details in our CRM system.
Qualifications
What You Bring
1–2+ years in customer service, call center, retail, or hospitality environments.
Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills with a warm, professional tone.
Tech Skills: Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and basic office software.
Key Traits: High empathy, active listening, patience under pressure, and strong problem-solving skills.
