Responsibilities
Not limited to
-Manage high volume of incoming and outbound calls as the primary point of contact while maintaining a calm, professional tone.
-Coordinate calendars between lawyers and clients, efficiently handling all booking requests, changes, and cancellations.
-Process, print, and email Purolator waybills to ensure the timely delivery of sensitive legal documents and packages.
- Monitor Outlook queues and provide administrative assistance to various departments as your role and training expand.
Qualifications
-1 year plus of experience in customer service
-Professional-level of ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
-Demonstrated success in high-pressure customer service roles, with the ability to stay focused during high call volumes.
-Solid experience using Microsoft Outlook and the ability to quickly master new software.
-Exceptional accuracy in data entry and scheduling.
