Daily Work hours (e.g. 9 am – 5 pm): Can be any 8-hr shift between 8am-8pm (8-4, 9-5, 10-6, 12-8)

Responsibilities
- Our supportive leaders are looking for talented customer service individuals that will:
- Help Clients and advisors with questions about our products, services, policies and claims through inbound calls.
- Analyze and find solutions to client problems in a friendly and proactive way.
- Provide Clients and advisors with additional information on Sun Life’s products & services in support of their financial and health goals.
- Ensure our Clients and advisors have the right information taking the right amount of their time.
Qualifications
- You are customer service oriented, tech-savvy, like to solve problems and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- You possess strong written and verbal skills, with ability to identify the reason for the call and relay accurate information in a clear and understandable format
Assets:
- Previous customer service or call centre experience
- Previous experience with current Sun Life systems/programs
- Overtime may be required based on service demands
Must be able to obtain Reliability Status through the Government of Canada (includes a background check with fingerprinting by the RCMP).
