Responsibilities
Provide accurate responses to existing and new members while maintaining the highest level of customer service
Effectively troubleshoot/resolve telephone/email inquiries using various systems and tools in a timely fashion.
⏰ Hours & Training
8-hour rotational shifts between the earliest start time of 6:30 AM EST and the latest end time of 8:00 PM EST
Monday–Friday (no weekends)
Training is 100% in-office – candidates must be flexible, Followed by a 2-week mentorship program in office
Work from Home/Hybrid options (1–2 days in office for London, Winnipeg, Regina)
Structured shifts with scheduled breaks and lunch
Schedule rotates every 6 weeks
💻 Tech & Workspace Requirements
Must have 2 monitors (unless using a 34-inch screen)
Docking station + hard-wired connection required
You’ll receive: laptop, charger, headset, keyboard, mouse & locking cable from the client
Must work in a private, secured area – free from distractions
Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills
- Must be able to pass The Federal Government's Enhanced Security Screening
- Must have Strong Computer skills, using multiple screens and systems at the same time. ( Multitasking )
- Strong Problem Solving skills
- Customer Service experience or Call Center Experience Required
- Able to work under pressure
- High School Diploma Required
