We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Winnipeg. This is a permanent, full-time position with a hybrid workstyle, allowing you to work from home four days a week and from our Winnipeg office one day a week. Your journey will begin with 4-6 weeks of paid training, followed by 2-3 weeks of mentorship to ensure your success. The start date for this role is September 24th.

Responsibilities

•Effectively troubleshoot and resolve telephone and email inquiries using various systems and tools in a timely manner.
•Manage a high volume of incoming calls while maintaining efficiency and quality of service.
Qualifications
•Strong English communication skills are essential.
•Must have strong computer skills and the ability to multitask by using multiple screens and systems simultaneously.
•Must be able to pass The Federal Government's Enhanced Security Screening.
•Previous customer service or call centre experience is required.
•Must have a high school diploma.
•Ability to work under pressure.
