Responsibilities
-Provide accurate responses to existing and new members while maintaining the highest level of customer service
-Effectively troubleshoot/resolve telephone/email inquiries using various systems and tools in a timely fashion.
Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills
- Must be able to pass The Federal Government's Enhanced Security Screening
- Strong computer skills, with the ability to use multiple screens and systems simultaneously (multitasking)
- 2+ years of customer service or call center experience is required.
- Previous experience in finance, banking, or a leadership role is a strong asset
- Proven problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent
