- Hybrid Workstyle (2 days in office located in Winnipeg )

- Monday - Friday rotational schedule.

Responsibilities
- Provide accurate responses to existing and new members while maintaining the highest level of customer service
- Effectively troubleshoot/resolve telephone/email inquiries using various systems and tools in a timely fashion.
- Collaborate with other departments to help solve inquiries.
Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills
- Must be able to pass The Federal Government's Enhanced Security Screening
- Must have Strong Computer skills, using multiple screens and systems at the same time. ( Multitasking )
- Strong Problem Solving skills
- 2+ years of Customer Service or Call Center Experience Required
- Any Managerial, banking or finance experience is considered an asset
- Able to work under pressure
- High School Diploma Required
