Responsibilities
Provide accurate, professional responses to members and clients while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
Troubleshoot and resolve telephone/email inquiries using multiple systems and tools.
Support clients with their banking, insurance, or finance-related inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
⏰ Hours & Training
Rotational shifts between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST (Monday to Friday only – no weekends).
💻 Tech & Workspace Requirements
Must have 2 monitors (unless using a 34-inch screen)
Docking station + ethernet cable required
Qualifications
Background in banking, finance, or insurance.
Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
Customer service or call centre experience.
Strong computer & multitasking skills (working across multiple systems).
Problem-solving ability, able to work under pressure.
High school diploma (minimum).
Must successfully obtain Protect B security clearance.
🔐 Protect B Requirement – Please Read Carefully
Due to the high profile of a number of clients, a federal government reliability screening (Protect B clearance) is required for this position.
You must: Have lived in Canada for a minimum of 5 consecutive years and Not have left Canada for more than 6 months in a row during those 5 years
