Responsibilities
- Accurately process 25 to 50 complex industrial orders daily through proprietary ERP software, managing the end-to-end lifecycle from entry to fulfillment.
- Provide quotes, negotiate competitive pricing within pre-approved parameters, and finalize client contracts via phone and email.
- Partner cross-functionally with warehouse operations, logistics, and vendor networks to verify inventory, expedite orders, and resolve fulfillment delays.
- Analyze and resolve client issues, order discrepancies, and billing inquiries promptly to maintain high customer retention.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of high-volume order entry, customer service, or inside sales experience, preferably within industrial supply, manufacturing, or distribution.
- Strong computer literacy with proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to proprietary ERP software and databases.
- Full professional fluency in English with clear, concise written and verbal communication for vendor and client interaction.
- High attention to detail, strong time-management capabilities, and a collaborative mindset suited for a fast-paced environment.
