Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and train the Customer Service/RMT staff to consistently achieve service standards, sales quotas, and outreach metrics.
Operational Management: Supervise daily order processing, credit memos, and open-order tracking while reporting key departmental KPIs directly to executive leadership.
Territory & Account Ownership: Maintain direct ownership of an assigned personal territory quota (~$300,000) through proactive client outreach, order recommendations, and business analysis.
Workflow & Creative Alignment: Partner closely with internal departments, coordinating with the Graphic Artist to ensure client artwork approvals and production lead times move efficiently.
Escalation & Issue Resolution: Act as the primary escalation point for complex client concerns, resolving service issues cost-effectively with a customer-first approach.
Process Improvement & Training: Maintain SOPs, workflows, and training materials in SharePoint while identifying ongoing process efficiencies across departments.
Qualifications
Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience in customer service or inside sales, including 2–3 years directly supervising, coaching, or leading a customer-facing team.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel pivot tables an asset) and sales-reporting/ERP systems (experience with SAGE is an asset).
Industry Background: Experience in B2B packaging, manufacturing, distribution, or commercial retail is considered a strong asset.
Core Competencies: Proven ability to manage sales goals, order management timelines, inventory lead times, and KPI tracking in a fast-paced environment.
Communication & Work Style: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with a solution-oriented, high-energy leadership approach.
