We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team in Ardrossan. This is a permanent, homebound position offering a consistent schedule and a steady pipeline of projects for the foreseeable future. We provide the mentorship you need to grow from a skilled ticket-holder into a master fabricator.
The Details:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (No shift work; be home every night)
Compensation: $34.00 – $47 per hour (Scaled based on experience)
Location: Ardrossan, AB
Start Date: February 9, 2026

Responsibilities
Perform high-quality welds primarily in flat and horizontal positions.
Utilize FCAW (Flux-Cored) and MCAW (Metal-Cored) processes to meet project specifications.
Learn to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols accurately.
Maintain a clean and safe workspace and participate in shop safety programs.
Ensure all work meets CWB standards and internal quality control requirements.
Qualifications
Certification: Valid CWB Tickets in FCAW and MCAW processes are mandatory.
Education: Journeyman Red Seal, Provincial Ticket, or Registered Apprentice (2nd/3rd year) with a strong work ethic.
Mindset: A strong desire to learn, take direction, and grow within a high-volume shop.
Reliability: Reliable transportation to Ardrossan (not accessible by public transit) and a commitment to punctuality.
Integrity: Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high weld quality.
