Responsibilities
•Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
•Develop functional specifications and support integration and data related documentation
•Conduct current state to future state and fit gap analysis
•Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders and DevOps teams
•Support workflow automation, systems integration, testing, and reporting
•Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions
•Contribute to CXM standards, templates, and reusable analysis artifacts
•Ensure consistent, high quality business analysis deliverables
Qualifications
•University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
•7+ years of business analysis experience, including requirements elicitation, process design, and IT solution implementation
•5+ years experience engaging with business and technical stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and producing analysis deliverables
•Experience with CRM or CXM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle) and cloud-based SaaS/PaaS implementations
•Knowledge of DevOps delivery practices and contributing to enterprise delivery frameworks or capabilities
•Experience in public sector or multi-entity environments is an asset
•Certification from a recognized professional business analysis association (e.g., PMI-PBA, IIBA-CBAP) is an asset
•Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; customer-focused and proactive
