Responsibilities
•Designing and planning the roadmap for PAM implementation
•Leading CyberArk configuration and integration across systems
•Developing standards, policies, and procedures for PAM operations
•Creating process models and architecture diagrams
•Supporting onboarding of privileged accounts and teams
•Engaging stakeholders to ensure adoption and alignment
•Delivering training, documentation, and ongoing support
•Monitoring PAM effectiveness through reporting and analytics
Qualifications
•5+ years experience with CyberArk and Privileged Access Management implementation
•Strong background in cybersecurity processes, compliance, and risk management
•Proven leadership in PAM programs or related IT security roles
•Experience designing and documenting ITSM business processes and policies
•Skilled in stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and requirements gathering
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
•University degree or IT certification, or equivalent education and experience
•Knowledge of Active Directory/MS Entra ID and Identity & Access Management is a strong asset
