We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to work at our client's team at a leading Cannabis facility in Stayner. This is a full-time role in a clean, safe, and collaborative environment.
Shift & Compensation
Afternoon Shift: $24.50/hr+$1 (shift premium) (3:00 PM-11:30 PM)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (40 hours/week)

Responsibilities
Lead and direct a team of cycle counters to execute the cycle count program.
Generate and print cycle count documentation from the ERP system according to the established cycle count schedule.
Coordinate daily cycle count activities and assign count tasks to Cycle Count Team Members.
Review completed count sheets for accuracy and completeness prior to processing inventory adjustments.
Enter cycle count results into the ERP system and post approved inventory adjustments in accordance with company procedures.
Communicate cycle count results, inventory variances, and inventory accuracy trends to Warehouse Team Leads and Warehouse Supervisors.
Perform recounts, audits, and transaction reviews as required to validate inventory records.
Maintain accurate documentation of inventory variances, investigations, and corrective actions.
Escalate significant inventory issues, control failures, or compliance concerns to management.
Provide regular reporting on cycle count completion rates.
Qualifications
- Should be comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs occasionally.
- Able to stand for long periods perform repetitive tasks
- Full fluency in English
