Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day database administration tasks
- Review documentation and ensure compliance with established procedures
- Maintain and optimize database system
- Accurately input and verify date, identifying and correcting discrepancies to maintain high date quality standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Data Administrator, Data Entry Clerk, Records Clerk, or in a similar administrative role where data accuracy was a key responsibility.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Customer focus, self-motivated, assertive and able to learn quickly
- Excellent time management skills, ability to contribute to multiple projects simultaneously
- Work in a fast paced environment with exceptional accuracy
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs with a specialization in Excel
