Responsibilities
• Lead the design and architecture of data, analytics, and artificial intelligence services.
• Develop and advance strategic roadmaps, frameworks, and service delivery models.
• Provide expert advice and strategic direction on data management and AI best practices.
• Facilitate discussions and presentations with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Advise and coach product and platform teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define and track key outcomes, metrics, and success indicators for initiatives.
• Generate visual assets and deliver demonstrations to support strategy adoption.
Qualifications
• A minimum of six years of progressive experience combined with a related university degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Extensive experience (7+ years) leading the user-centered design and delivery of I.T services and roadmaps.
• Proven expertise in architecting and integrating AI, machine learning, and analytics services into enterprise data platforms.
• Demonstrated experience leading strategic discussions with executives and aligning diverse stakeholder interests.
• Strong background in designing enterprise data management frameworks and developing comprehensive business cases and project plans.
