Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Data Migration Execution: Work hands-on with SMEs and vendor technical teams to execute the migration process, from data mapping and validation to final upload and verification.
Requirements Finalization: Partner with stakeholders to validate and finalize data migration and reporting requirements, building on the discovery already completed and identifying any gaps. Conduct pre and post-migration data quality assurance.
Reporting & Analytics Development: Design, build, deploy, and create documentation for custom reports and interactive dashboards for SMEs, translating complex data into actionable insights. This will primarily be done within Tableau and Planon (IWMS).
System & Project Acclimation: Proactively learn the existing project status, technology (IWMS, SAP), and data landscape to effectively contribute to active migration and reporting timelines.
Data Quality Facilitation: Partner with PP&S stakeholders to format, clean, and validate datasets before migrating them into the selected IWMS system. Develop strategy to drive continued data integrity.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a data analysis, business analysis, or systems analyst role. Experience working with Facilities or Real Estate data is an asset.
Implementation Experience: Experience supporting a major software implementation or data migration project is strongly preferred.
Education: A degree in business, economics, computer science or a related field is preferred.
Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in building reports and dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio, Power BI, or in-system reporting tools). Strong data querying and manipulation skills (e.g. SQL).
Industry Knowledge: Willingness to learn about real estate, construction, and facilities management within a project management context is advantageous.
