Responsibilities
Job Description: Purpose: The purpose of the role is to provide TPR data analysis and reporting support, support Contract Lifecycle Management Technology (CLMT) project data activities, and identify the best tools available to support these tasks.
40% Allocation: Operational Reporting and Tool Maintenance
Role would be focused on Third Party Relationships (Procurement) operational/ad hoc reporting requests and tool maintenance (data sources, scorecards and dashboards), thereby freeing up the Solution Intelligence Partners (SIP) team's capacity to concentrate on the CLMT project and other strategic initiatives.
TPR Reporting Support:
- On a monthly basis, compiles data from various sources and completes analysis to identify trends and risks relative to overarching scorecard and strategic imperatives
- Prepares operational reports and fulfills ad hoc reporting requests
- Ensures timely delivery of reports/analysis and proactively communicates any barriers
TPR Reporting Tool Improvements:
- Balances priorities and capacity to improve manual reporting tools to simplify the reporting process
Qualifications
Top Skills: - Data Analysis, Visualization & Metrics Reporting
- Generating insights & data storytelling
- Proficiency in Google Workspace strongly preferred
- Must have experience in a contractor role
- Critical Thinking & Problem Solving
