Responsibilities
• Create and maintain dashboards to track IT project performance, spend, and risk
• Perform contract spend analysis and support budgeting and financial planning
• Support zero-based budgeting through accurate data modeling and reporting
• Advise on performance metrics and data trends to support program goals
• Collaborate with internal teams to align data strategy with contractual obligations
• Produce data visualizations and reports tailored to various audiences
• Contribute to policy development and data governance frameworks
Qualifications
Mandatory Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as Information Technology or Business
• 2 years of experience creating data visualizations, dashboards, and other information products for clients using BI/analytics software, including any or all: SAS Visual Analytics, SAS Visual Investigator, MS Power BI, Tableau, Looker, R, Python.
• 2 years of direct, hands-on experience performing business requirement analysis, solution architecture and design, and deployment related to data analysis, data analytics, data visualization, data science, data mining.
• 3 years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite tools.
Desirable Qualifications:
• 3 years of experience with presenting data in queries, dashboards, and reports in a way that is easy to understand.
• 3 years of direct, hands-on experience performing business requirement analysis related to data manipulation/transformation, cleansing and wrangling.
• 3 years of experience analyzing research data and presenting findings in diverse ways
• 2 years of experience and technical knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
• 3 years of experience with government planning and budgeting processes and procedures.
