Responsibilities
•Define and lead the data analytics strategy, roadmap, and governance for Internal Audit
•Develop reusable analytics tools, scripts, dashboards, and templates for audit use
•Embed analytics into audit planning, testing, reporting, and risk assessment activities
•Design and implement continuous auditing and monitoring solutions for key risk areas
•Establish data quality, access, and governance standards in collaboration with stakeholders
•Coach and support audit teams to build analytics capability and drive adoption
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or Information Systems
•Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, automation, or continuous monitoring within audit, risk, or technology assurance
•Strong understanding of audit methodologies, risks, and controls
•Experience designing scalable, reusable analytics solutions and governance frameworks
•Proven ability to influence and coach stakeholders without formal authority
•Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical findings for non technical audiences
•Preferred: Master’s degree in a related field
•Preferred: Professional certifications such as CAP or CBIP
