Responsibilities
• Lead the design and delivery of enterprise data architecture and solution blueprints for complex data platforms.
• Define and govern data models, architecture standards, and best practices to ensure consistency across the organization.
• Translate complex business strategies into technical data solutions that support advanced analytics and informed decision-making.
• Guide the implementation of data linkages and crosswalk frameworks to enable interoperability across various data systems.
• Establish frameworks for data quality, metadata management, and AI-enabled assets to improve the reliability of data products.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with senior leadership to define technical requirements and business value.
• Coach and mentor team members while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and treating data as a strategic asset.
Qualifications
• At least 5 years of experience in an architectural capacity designing and implementing data platforms for large projects with multiple data sources.
• Proven background in defining technical architecture, data integration, and supporting software configuration and deployment processes.
• Demonstrated experience in multiple architecture domains such as business, application, technology, data, security, and privacy.
• Extensive experience modelling complex business processes and translating them into clear IT constructs.
• Strong ability to explain complex data principles to clients in a thoughtful manner with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
