Responsibilities
• Participate in the technical stream meetings, during strategy and design to develop a full understanding of the conversion path.
• Develop and execute data conversion activities, including support for Mainframe and other system data extractions and transformation activities for cloud application such as Oracle Cloud HCM and UKG Workforce Pro.
• Conduct data mapping and documentation of processes.
• Identify and develop test and pre-validation strategy for new builds and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Triage defect review with stakeholders and drive to resolution.
• Contribute innovation and insight to team about conversion methods and recommended practices.
• Work in close and constant communications with the team and the Oracle and Time & Attendance Workstream teams – directly reporting to the Data Conversion Leader. This collaboration is essential for ensuring that the data conversion cycles are aligned with the larger program goals and the Wave deployment schedule.
• Contribute to the identification and resolution of potential risks,
• Maintain high quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in other program activities as requested.
Qualifications
• Knowledge of development tools such as SSIS, SourceTree and related technologies
• Oracle Cloud HCM data conversion experience
• Excellent problem-solving and communications skills
• Solid numerical skills, Excellent Excel proficiency.
• Knowledge of querying languages such as SQL
