Responsibilities
Data Management: Review, verify, and accurately input client information from source documents into multiple internal databases and excel spreadsheets.
Auditing & Quality Control: Review and correct data entry errors, auditing completed work against source logs to ensure 100% accuracy.
Advanced Spreadsheets: Utilize advanced Excel functions daily to organize, manage, and analyze high volumes of financial data.
Daily Operations: Attend short daily team huddles (30 minutes) to align on volume expectations and meet strict daily SLA targets.
Compliance & Security: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and security while handling sensitive client and financial data.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Education: College Diploma or University Degree required.
Experience: 2–3 years of dedicated data entry experience, specifically within a banking, financial services, or corporate accounting environment.
Must-Have Hard Skills
Advanced MS Excel: Proven proficiency with VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros is mandatory.
Financial Acumen: Strong familiarity with financial documentation and terminology.
Speed & Accuracy: Exceptional alphanumeric data entry speed with a near-zero error rate.
Soft Skills
Highly Focused: Ability to maintain deep concentration and accuracy in a high-volume, back-office environment.
Quick Learner: Ability to absorb new software systems and financial workflows during a 2–3 week training period.
Strong Prioritization: Excellent time-management skills to independently manage workload and meet daily deadlines.

Canadian Securities Course (CSC) certification is a strong asset.
