As a Data Entry Administrator, you will be tasked with a variety of essential duties, including:
Accurately and efficiently inputting a high volume of alphanumeric data from source documents, such as insurance applications, policy updates, and claims forms, into the company's database and computer systems.
Reviewing data for deficiencies, errors, or discrepancies, and correcting any incompatibilities to ensure the highest level of data integrity.
Verifying entered data by comparing it to source documents and performing regular checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Maintaining and updating client records and policy information within the database, ensuring all information is current and correctly formatted.
Scanning, uploading, and indexing documents into the digital filing system, ensuring they are easily retrievable.
Generating routine reports, compiling data, and performing basic analysis as requested by management or other departments.
Strictly adhering to data privacy and confidentiality guidelines, handling sensitive client and company information with the utmost discretion.
Assisting with other administrative tasks and contributing to business administration projects as needed to support the team's objectives.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business administration or a related field is considered an asset.
