In the Data Entry and Research Assistant role, you’ll be responsible for handling administrative tasks including accurate data entry, internet research, and supporting projects that help the team stay organized and efficient. Responsibilities
-Use an Excel-based database to track, update, and input contact information for multiple
associations.
-Research and collect accurate contact details from online sources.
-Communicate with association representatives via email when necessary to verify information.
-Ensure all data entered is complete, accurate, and well-organized.
-Maintain consistent records and track progress efficiently.
Qualifications
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and email communication tools.
-Access to a personal computer/laptop with Excel installed.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-High attention to detail and accuracy.
-Ability to work independently and collect information quickly.
-Personable and professional demeanor when interacting with contacts.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in data entry, research, or administrative roles.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or database tools (optional but a plus).
