Work Location: Hybrid model, requiring 2 days on-site (Tuesday and Thursday) at Markham, ON, transitioning to 4 days on-site the week of January 12th.
This position is entirely back-office operational support dedicated to processing documents and transactions submitted digitally, focusing heavily on accurate data entry. You will be measured strictly by internal tools that track both accuracy and productivity. The successful candidate must be highly adaptable and flexible, possessing the ability to quickly pivot and support cross-functional teams depending on where seasonal volumes demand attention.
Schedule: Fixed core hours, varying slightly by day (e.g., 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM). Overtime is possible depending on seasonal volumes.

Responsibilities
High-Volume Transaction Processing: Accurately and timely process high-volume financial and non-financial transactions and documents submitted digitally, particularly during the peak RSP season.
Accuracy & Quality Control: Maintain an exceptionally high degree of accuracy in all data entry, adhering to firm and industry regulations and operating practices.
SLA Adherence: Prioritize and manage personal workload to consistently meet established Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements for service and productivity.
Adaptability & Flexibility: Demonstrate the ability to pivot and adjust quickly between different work streams and be available for overtime to manage seasonal volumes.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and proactively support process improvement initiatives.
Escalation & Compliance: Escalate processing issues as necessary to ensure service quality is maintained and ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines.
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of transaction processing and/or relevant working experience.
Accuracy: Proven history of being highly accurate and comfortable with performance measurement based on accuracy and productivity tools.
Technical Skills: Strong computer skills, particularly with MS Office applications, including Excel.
Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional organizational skills, and a resourceful, enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn.
Flexibility: Must be able to work the fixed core hours and be available for overtime during the contract period.
Desirable Qualifications
Previous experience in the banking or Financial Industry.
Knowledge of or experience with regulatory compliance topics such as CRS, FATCA, CSE, or AML.
University degree (any discipline) is preferred.
