Position: Data Entry Operator
Location: Calgary, Alberta
In-Office (Two-Week Contract)
Start Date: ASAP (Targeting immediate start until approximately December 22nd)

- Error-free manual entries, including legible handwriting and consistent formatting across all documents.
- Verification that all pages in each monthly file have been updated, with no missing entries.
- Timely submission of completed journey log packages in accordance with monthly deadlines.
- Proper handling and return of all physical documents, ensuring no damage, loss, or misplacement.
- Adherence to confidentiality requirements related to aircraft operational records.
Qualifications
Must haves:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to follow clear instructions and established procedures.
- Reliable, organized, and able to meet monthly timelines.
- Comfortable working with paper documents in a quiet, focused environment.
Nice to haves:
- Familiarity with aviation terminology (e.g., flight hours, cycles).
- Previous experience working with physical documents or record-keeping tasks.
- Ability to notice irregularities or inconsistencies in handwritten data (for optional quality checks).
- Strong concentration skills for repetitive tasks.
Soft skills:
- Attention to Detail: Able to maintain accuracy across repetitive tasks.
