This position requires a reliability clearance, and to be eligible a 5 year residency in Canada is a must.
Candidates will have to pay for the fingerprinting process to be completed. However, Iron Mountain will reimburse you for the fingerprints, after 30 days of working with them.
Although you may be offered the position right away, you will not be able to start in the role until the reliability clearance has cleared. This could take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks.

Responsibilities
- Inputting information into a data system.
- Must maintain consistent high frequency of keystrokes (10,000kph), with 100% accuracy confirmed by ‘double key’ verification
- Carry cartons ranging in weight from 30-50# for distances up to 20 feet on a frequency of one box every 5-7 minutes
- Lift and lower cartons from/to pallet and from/to workstation. Cartons range in weight from 30-50#, with lift heights ranging from13” to 45”, on a frequency of one box every 5-7 minutes
- Stacking and order picking multiple cartons/boxes filled with paperwork.
Qualifications
- Full-time availability
- Prefer candidates that are able to maintain a keystroke average of 10,000kph
- Clear criminal background check
- Comfort with some physical labour and data entry
- Must be able to complete Reliability Clearance
