Responsibilities
•Managing and supervising a team of nine Data Governance Business Analysts.
•Leading the implementation of data governance standards and practices.
•Overseeing data cleansing activities and supporting data profiling and reporting needs.
•Engaging Data Stewards and Trustees across government domains.
•Establishing and enforcing data standards and quality metrics.
•Acting as the point of escalation for data governance and data quality issues.
•Supporting ERP project releases by collaborating with stakeholders and business units.
•Ensuring compliance with data policies, security, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
•A Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
•A minimum of 6 years of experience in information management or related work.
•At least 5 years of leadership experience managing teams of 10 or more direct reports.
Proven experience in:
•Cleansing and standardizing large, complex datasets.
•Data governance, data protection, and master data management.
•Data integration between legacy and modern systems.
•Records and information management.
•ERP systems, preferably in HR, Finance, or Procurement.
•Large-scale SDLC projects and SaaS/cloud implementations.
