Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement a Talent Review Management Tool using AppSheet, based on specified data and technical requirements listed below. i) The tool should allow for individual workbooks for leaders across multiple organizational levels with hierarchical roll-up of talent review data. ii) An AppScript that fulfills several of the technical requirements has been written. It is expected that the AppSheet will convert and migrate existing AppScript logic to AppSheet automation and scripts. iii)The tools should be ready in 8 weeks, including testing and soft launching.
2. Ensure data integrity and automatic data updates based on organizational changes. i) Integrate AppSheet with Google Sheets and SQL databases, including weekly data refresh from SQL. ii) The AppSheet should allow for asynchronous and continuous updates, where certain areas within the organization will run Talent Reviews at different times, and where leaders may update the talent ratings as needed
3. Implement role-level security and manage user access permissions.
4. Design and build user interfaces within AppSheet for efficient data input and modification.
5. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the Talent Review Management Tool.
6. Ability to extract the collected information on an ongoing basis for dashboard creation and updates
