This is a 1-month contract with a possibility of extension based on business needs and performance. In this role, you will be a key part of our client’s internal team, assisting them in managing and auditing critical customer data. Responsibilities
- You will check the system twice a day to process any new requests for data changes.
- You will double-check that all names, addresses, and contact info are entered correctly.
- Every week, you will perform "cleanup" tasks to find and fix any errors in the database.
- You will stay on top of the "Data Change Request" list to make sure nothing sits for too long.
- You will follow the specific rules and workflows set out by the client to keep data consistent.
- You will assist with specific data analysis goals as outlined by the department manager.
Qualifications
- You must have experience using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- While not mandatory, knowing how to use Salesforce is a huge plus.
- This role is for someone with previous professional office or data experience.
- You are someone who catches small mistakes that others might miss.
- You are comfortable working in digital databases and have strong English communication skills.
- Ability to work the full duration of the contract and potential extension.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality
