This hybrid role is ideal for a hands-on and versatile individual, combining in-field customer service, delivery, and warehouse responsibilities. The position involves travel to customer sites between Calgary and Edmonton, supporting auto body collision repair shops and light industrial manufacturers.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM. No nights, weekends, or overtime.
Location: Red Deer, T4P 0R3
Salary: $50,000 p.a.

Responsibilities
Provide in-field support for customer vendor-managed inventory.
Perform daily sales facilitation activities, including customer service, order fulfillment, and delivery.
Manage inventory control tasks such as order picking and packing.
Assist with business administration tasks, including accounts receivable.
Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Work to meet business objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Experience in warehousing, delivery, or in-field service is required.
Experience in the automotive after-market distribution sector is an asset but not mandatory.
Skills:
Excellence in organization, time management, and communication.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Excellent math skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
Attributes: We are seeking a reliable , highly motivated , and accountable individual with a professional , positive, customer-centric , and "can-do" attitude.
Requirements:
A valid Full G driver's license and an acceptable Driver's Abstract are conditions of employment.
Must be physically capable and able to lift 50 lbs.
Forklift experience with an active license is preferred. Training will be provided for site-specific equipment
