Responsibilities
• Design and implement automation scripts and tools for deployment, maintenance, and operational tasks.
• Lead the operation of digital services in production, including configuration and database management.
• Create templates and patterns for application deployments and robust CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop tools and processes to enhance application observability through monitoring and telemetry.
• Support delivery teams by integrating best practices for testing, security, and performance.
• Manage the agile sprint process, removing roadblocks to ensure consistent delivery on commitments.
• Provide leadership and mentorship on agile principles to foster a self-organizing team environment.
Qualifications
• Minimum 4 years of experience with scripting tools, such as PowerShell, and command-line interfaces.
• At least 3 years of experience with major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Demonstrated experience in creating and managing CI/CD pipelines in an enterprise environment.
• Proven ability in research, analysis, problem-solving, and documenting technical solutions.
• Solid understanding of networking tools, access protocols, and fundamental security principles.
