Responsibilities
• Design and implement automation scripts and tools to minimize downtime during deployment.
• Manage production environments, including configuration, credentials, and maintenance planning.
• Create and maintain templates for application deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement monitoring and telemetry tools to improve system observability for application teams.
• Support delivery teams with integration, security, system, and performance testing.
• Oversee database upgrades, migrations, backups, and recovery procedures.
• Guide and mentor teams on Agile principles to ensure consistent delivery of sprint goals.
Qualifications
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, focusing on scalable data solutions.
• Proficiency with scripting tools like PowerShell and command line interfaces.
• Solid understanding of networking tools, including DNS lookups and load balancing.
• Knowledge of security best practices, including secrets management and the principle of least privilege.
• Proven ability to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in an enterprise environment.
