Responsibilities
• Design and implement automation scripts and procedures to ensure limited downtime during deployment and maintenance.
• Lead the operations of digital services in production by managing configurations and credentials across all environments.
• Plan and execute maintenance activities, including database upgrades, migrations, backups, and recoveries.
• Develop templates and patterns for application deployments and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Create observability tools and processes to enhance application monitoring and telemetry for delivery teams.
• Support delivery teams by facilitating early and frequent security scans, load testing, and performance testing.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and DevOps artifacts to ensure long-term system quality and sustainability.
Qualifications
• Extensive experience as a Senior DevOps Specialist managing large-scale enterprise platforms and products.
• Strong technical proficiency in Azure cloud-based development, Azure App Services, and GitHub.
• Proven background in automating CI/CD pipelines and environment establishment for development and testing.
• Demonstrated experience with modern tech stacks including .NET/C#, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Cosmos DB.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to lead infrastructure reviews and apply security best practices.
