Responsibilities
• Design and implement automation scripts and tools to support limited downtime deployments and routine maintenance.
• Manage configurations and credentials across all production and development environments to ensure high security.
• Plan and execute maintenance activities, including database upgrades, migrations, backups, and recoveries.
• Create standardized templates and patterns for application deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop monitoring and telemetry tools to provide delivery teams with better observability of application performance.
• Support delivery teams by integrating automated security scans, performance testing, and load testing into the workflow.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and DevOps artifacts to reduce technical debt and ensure compliance.
Qualifications
• Extensive experience as a DevOps Specialist leading the implementation of large-scale enterprise platforms.
• Strong technical proficiency in Azure cloud services, GitHub, and CI/CD pipeline automation.
• Proven background working with .NET/C# environments and managing SQL Server or PostgreSQL databases.
• Demonstrated experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies in a collaborative team setting.
• Ability to obtain required security clearances, including Criminal Record Checks and potentially Enhanced Security Clearances.
