Responsibilities
• Develop the overall architectural plan ensuring a citizen-centered design and agile software approach.
• Provide accountable solution designs that support iterative implementation and technical discovery.
• Determine the tactical approach for system integrations and define target state boundaries.
• Identify and promote the use of common components to accelerate service delivery across teams.
• Review code changes and contribute directly to user stories to ensure alignment with the architecture.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to the product team to improve technical delivery and quality.
• Create architectural diagrams and presentations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
• Extensive experience leading solution architecture for large-scale digital services.
• Proven track record of delivering architectural plans within an agile software development lifecycle.
• Strong technical background with the ability to contribute to code and perform detailed peer reviews.
• Experience designing reusable platform components and common service patterns.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex technical risks and impacts to diverse audiences.
